Safety Instruction

1.The user must be trained before using this equipment. The user should know and obey all the instructions. The user must obey the relevant government regulations and laws about respirator equipments.

2.This equipment can only be used for the specified application in this manual.

The user must inspect and maintained this equipment periodically according to the manual request, and keep the inspecting and maintenance record.

3.It is only permitted to use the original parts offered by our company when there is a need for maintenance.

4.If this equipment is not used by authorized members or used in proper application, the equipment owner or the operator should be responsible for all the results.

Use Instruction

1.This product must adopt the certificated gas cylinder,face mask and air feed valve.

2.This product is personal safety equipment which is used in polluted or lack oxygen environment by professional person.

3.This product working environment is 70kpa~125kpa, 0~100%RH, -30'C~+60'C.

4.This valid working time is decided by the volume of gas cylinder and the breath speed of user.

5.This product is composed of the following parts:

  (1)Compound Carbon e backboard (Anti-Static);

  (2)Professional back pack with shoulder belt and comfortable waist band;

  (3)Adjustable double-function oxygen cylinder belt with cam lock;

  (4)decompress valve - Gas system. 

Preparation before use

Inspection of the appearance:

Check the following components in good condition or not:

  Backboard

  Fixing strap, buckle or fixing accessory

  Linker for valve or accessory of gas bottle

  Face mask

Fix the gas cylinder:

Open the valve of the gas bottle counterclockwise. In order to assure enough gas supply, please open the valve in at least two circles.

Check the mouth of the valve and the Pressure reducing handle are in good condition or not. The O type ring should be put on its proper place in good condition.

Place the backboard horizontally, unwrap the strap of the gas cylinder, and put the buckle on the middle of the strap, forming a close circle from gas cylinder strap to tube retaining ring.

Put the gas cylinder in the circle of the strap with the mouth of the valve face the pressure reducing handle.

Stick up the equipment, and screw the handle into the mouth of the valve till your hand feel tight. Hang the "shockproof strap" on the handle after fixing. (Fig. 1)

Place the backboard horizontally, and loosen the strap (fig.2). Draw the strap on the gas cylinder, and make the cam clock work (fig. 3). Then fix the strap on the nylon chain.
